I love this line. I honestly hate the “trolley problem” when it comes to autonomous cars. We don’t ask humans to solve it. The “algorithm” a human drives with is to avoid collisions as much as possible and only when they lose control of the vehicle does the actual wreck occur. Since they have lost control, they aren’t balancing anything in the decision making, they are out of control. Why do people insist on machines doing something more?
