The hype rule though impacts everything all the time. I think that we are at the beginning of seeing even things take even longer than normal because the advance of computing power is stalling. Computers are not 10x slower than a person in 2010 would have guessed. It won’t be long before they are 100x slower than would have been expected. I can’t see any way that doesn’t have an impact on things.
